Sugar Stamps

In May, I was contacted by Adella at Sugar Art (Canada).  She asked me if I wanted to test out a new product in the baking industry.  I had not heard of these stamps at the time, but was interested in trying them out.  She sent me a few samples along with an easy to follow recipe for Swiss Meringues. This is the"Go On Safari" design


Prepare the meringue mixture, place tip in bag and fill bag with mixture..you are now ready to pipe these meringue kisses. You can watch my YouTube video here that shows you what tips to use, and how to easily pipe the meringues!




Once baked, take them out of the oven and immediately remove the meringues from the baking sheets.  They should easily come off! If not, place back in the oven for a bit longer.


And that's it!  You have tasty little treats for any occasion...
